Our Returns Policy 

Our web store returns policy is set under the Consumer Right Act 2015.

Returning Goods
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since you receive the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiry@sunnysiders.jp.

Sale items and gift cards
For In-store purchases we only accept refunds on full-priced items, meaning unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have bought a Sale Item Online you are entitled to the 14 day refund period.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you want the same item, email enquiry@sunnysiders.jp to see if the stock is available.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped on a DAP (Duty Delivered-At-Place) service where you will be responsible for paying import/customs charges upon your delivery.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sunnysiders, 42 Rivington Street, London GB EC2A 3QP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

UK / European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
