DHL Express Domestic (1-2 Days)

For online shop customers in the mainland UK, we provide delivery through DHL Express (Tracking & Sign) shipping service.

In the mainland UK, our standard delivery time is 1-2 working days once your order has been dispatched successfully. 

To ensure you receive your order on schedule, we recommend placing it before 12 pm so that it can be dispatched the same day. We take extra care to ensure that all orders are packed securely to avoid any potential damage during transit.

Your parcel will arrive with a tracking number that you can use to follow its progress until it reaches you safely. If, for some reason, there is a delay or unexpected disruption in the delivery process, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can help resolve any issues quickly.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Customers shipping from the UK to other countries in the EU region should be aware that they may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes. Depending on the value of the goods being shipped and other factors, such as the type of product, the customer may be liable for customs duty, import VAT, and processing fees. In order to ensure compliance with customs regulations and avoid unexpected costs, customers should consult their local customs office before placing an order.

Furthermore, effective January 1, 2021, all orders above £135 (approximately €155) imported into the EU from UK states will require a declaration form and potentially incur EU duty and/or VAT, which is payable by the customer directly to Revenue & Customs on arrival. It is, therefore, important for customers to factor this into their budget when making an international purchase. Customers should also note that delivery times may be delayed due to new customs checks associated with post-Brexit legislation.

For Non EU and ROW orders we use duties and taxes unpaid (DDU) tracked shipping with DHL

All deliveries to the USA will be subject to Tarif Charges and will be passed on to customers ordering by the USA via our courier. 

Charges such as taxes and duties will be excluded from checkout. Once shipped DHL will get in touch with you to charge any relevant fees, for which the recipient will be responsible for.

Failure to pay these additional fees may cause unexpected delays to your order.
