*A Vontade - B.D.U. Jacket, Olive- VTD-0442-JK2

This is a military jacket inspired an 80's US B.D.U. Jacket.

The material is a fine cotton twill fabric in an Olive 'Tamamushi' - Tamamushi in Japanese is the Iridescence usually seen on insects.  Tamamushi Fabric was used historically by Burberry in their Macs and Trenchcoats in the 1950s. Due to a high thread count of varying tones it creates a shimmer which changes in the lights reflection.

The fabric has been given a mercerised finish which is a process that runs a flame over the cloth to burn any excess fibres and fluff - resulting in a silky hand feel.

Featuring 4 flap pockets with gussets on the chest and waist. True to original BDU designs it also features elbow patchs, side adjuster tabs, and chrysanthemum holes under the sleeves for breathability.  Also features an internal pocket for valuable items.
